Delivery and Return

Delivery Policy

Printed books are shipped to the customer's address via delivery services.
Estimated delivery time for delivery out side of Slovenija is more then 5 days. But before ordering books please send us email and we will inform you about shippement costs to your destination.

E-books are delivered digitally via:
- download from the user account/downloads.
Delivery of e-books is usually immediate after payment confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
Products must be returned unused, undemaged and in their original packaging.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.

Exception

The withdrawal right does not apply to:
digital content (eBooks) that has already been downloaded.
